3. Services Description

ChartsTrack provides AI-powered tools for cryptocurrency trading analysis:

• AI Chart Analysis: Upload TradingView chart screenshots for AI-generated trade setups including entry, stop-loss, and take-profit levels
• Trade Monitoring: Automated 24/7 monitoring of active trades with confidence scoring, structure break detection, and alerts
• Telegram Alerts: Real-time notifications for trade events (available on Basic and Pro plans)

4. Credits and Payments

• Services are accessed through a credit-based system
• Credits are purchased as one-time payments via Stripe
• Credits never expire and are non-transferable
• New accounts receive 2 free credits upon registration
• All purchases are final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Pricing is subject to change, but purchased credits retain their value

5. No Financial Advice

ChartsTrack does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Our AI-generated analysis is for educational and informational purposes only. You should:

• Not rely solely on our analysis for trading decisions
• Conduct your own research and due diligence
• Understand that cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss
• Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose

6. Risk Disclaimer

Trading cryptocurrencies involves significant risk. Past performance and AI predictions do not guarantee future results. ChartsTrack makes no guarantees about the accuracy of analysis, win rates, or profitability. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting losses.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our AI analysis
• Share, resell, or redistribute analysis results commercially
• Use automated tools to access our services (bots, scrapers)
• Interfere with or disrupt our platform's operation
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ChartsTrack — including the AI analysis engine, website design, text, and graphics — are owned by ChartsTrack and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChartsTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Trading losses based on AI analysis
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Inaccurate or delayed analysis results
• Missed alerts or notification failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

11. Privacy

Your use of ChartsTrack is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
